Enterprise Architecture
Enterprise Architecture (EA) describes a business in terms of its goals, functions, and processes, while trying to determine how the business is likely to change in the future. This helps to develop a roadmap that determines how information systems (including data, applications, and technology) must evolve in order to properly support the business.
EA is key to a business's future. To reflect its importance, Solnet has invested heavily in this discipline and is proud to announce that we have the first certified Enterprise Architect in New Zealand.
Our consultants have worked with a number of organisations on EA initiatives, and are familiar with industry-standard EA frameworks and methodologies such as TOGAF and Zachman. We can assist you to create a business case for EA, develop a roadmap of EA activities based upon a methodology that is appropriate to your size and culture, and define a governance model that ensures that projects comply with (and help to extend) your enterprise architecture.
Our architects are supported by the business strategy team to ensure we provide the best service that covers all aspects of our clients needs.
